A pair of Eurasian wigeons rests at Llano Seco.

I’ve admired waterfowl since I was a boy growing up in the Sacramento Valley. Not until this January was I fortunate enough to photograph a pair of Eurasian wigeons. These beauties were sunning themselves forty yards from the viewing platform at Llano Seco. Photo by Steven T. Callan.
